We will send your purchase by courier service within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once the shipment has been registered, you will receive an email with the tracking code so that you can track your package at any time.
Our shipping cost includes all costs from packaging to shipping, so you know the total cost of your purchase perfectly.
The only exception is shipments outside of Europe where the customer is responsible for any additional customs costs.
We package our items carefully and well protected.

Does an item not meet your expectations? We accept returns up to 14 calendar days after receiving your purchase.
The procedure to be followed:
  • send us an email after receiving the item with the name of the item (s) purchased, motivation for return and photo;
  • we assess your motivation for return. If you agree, you will receive a return agreement together with further instructions. You print this mail and add it to the package to be returned. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned packages without our authorization.
  • Returns must in any case be made as quickly as possible and at the latest within the 14 calendar days of your cancellation. If, after the expiry of the 14 calendar day period, the consumer has not returned the delivered products to PAULINE, the purchase is legally completed.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.
  • The return address: PAULINE, Van Meerstraetenlaan 6 te B-3120 Tremelo or an authorized person (during the closing period of the boutique).

Items must be returned with the original tags, in the original packaging and with any other supplied accessories (e.g. dust bag, packaging box, gift box, ...).

We assess the returned item. If ok, we will refund you the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs when purchasing. If we determine that the delivered good has been used, damaged, ... we cannot proceed with a refund.

Every return shipment is at the risk of the customer. We therefore recommend taking an insured delivery where a signature is required upon delivery.

When returning, also take photos of the article (s) and the package to prevent any discussion in the event of damage with any party.
